Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination, potential legal action, and — where required by law — reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

BeastyLov has a zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors — including fictional, animated, or AI-generated depictions.

Technical safeguards in place:

• All prompts are filtered in real-time against a banned keyword list including terms associated with minors;
• Requests containing prohibited terms are rejected before any image generation occurs;
• All generation requests are logged with timestamps, IP addresses, and user identifiers;
• The NSFW mode requires explicit double-confirmation of adult age.

We are committed to reporting any suspected CSAM to:

• The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline (USA);
• The Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) (UK/Europe);
• Relevant national law enforcement agencies.

Your generated content: Images generated through this Service using your prompts are granted to you under a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. You may share your generated fursonas on social media with attribution to BeastyLov Fursona Generator.

Commercial use: Any commercial use of generated images requires prior written consent from BeastyLov.

Our content: The Service, its design, code, branding, and all non-generated content remain the exclusive property of BeastyLov. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service.

AI model: The underlying AI models are licensed from their respective owners. Generated images may reflect training data characteristics.

This Service uses AI models (Stable Diffusion with custom LoRA) to generate synthetic images. All outputs are entirely artificial and:

• Do not represent real persons, animals, or events;
• Are not photographs or authentic artwork;
• Must not be presented as real without disclosure of their AI-generated nature;
• May occasionally produce unexpected outputs despite filtering systems.

We accept no responsibility for user misuse of AI-generated content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied;
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses;
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim;
• We are not responsible for the content users generate or how they use generated images.

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account, without notice or liability, if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms;
• Attempt to circumvent any technical safeguard;
• Engage in or attempt to engage in prohibited content generation;
• Are found to be a minor;
• Engage in abuse, fraud, or illegal activity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us at beastylov@protonmail.com.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to beastylov@protonmail.com including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work;
• URL of the infringing content;
• Your contact information and a statement of good faith belief;
• Your physical or electronic signature.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
